GLSEC provided construction inspection and materials (QC/QA) services for
reconstruction of the I-74 Highway. I-74 is the main interstate serving Peoria,
East Peoria and the tri-county area. Upgraded I-74 provides new overpasses, all
new pavement and safer entrance and exit ramps. Additionally, upgraded I-74 has
new, brighter lighting for safety.
