GLSEC provided construction inspection & materials (QC/QA) services for
reconstruction of the Kingery Highway. The Illinois Department of Transportation
(IDOT) reconstructed the Kingery Highway to improve public safety, traffic
mobility and road conditions. The project stretches 6.6 miles including addition
an expressway lane in each direction, resurfacing, bridge work and local access
road improvements.
