GLSEC's full service materials testing laboratories are among the finest in the Chicagoland. Although our facilities are located in the Chicago area, we routinely receive test samples from clients throughout the United States. Our proprietary data management system provides up to date information on the status, performs thorough quality control and allows clients to access test reports online. The quality of work performed by us is better demonstrated by the certifications we possess from various regulatory agencies.

American Society for Testing and Materials / American Association of State Highway & Transportation Officials

GLSEC's material testing laboratories are accredited by both ASTM and AASHTO for testing Soil, Concrete and Asphalt materials. In addition, in order to constantly monitor ourselves, GLSEC is enrolled in the AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory and Cement Concrete Reference Laboratory's proficiency testing programs. Illinois Department of Transportation

GLSEC is accredited by IDOT in the fields of soils, aggregates, concrete and asphalt testing. In addition, GLSEC's facilities are also approved by the department for the design of hot-mix asphalt mixtures and Portland cement concrete mixtures.
